The hotel is conveniently located just 10 minutes from the train station.

Unfortunately, my experience at Hotel Meksiko was marred by several issues. The cleanliness of the room was subpar. I found trash from previous guests and dust on the floor, making it uncomfortable to walk around without shoes. Additionally, the shower did not function properly, leaking all over the bathroom, which rendered it unusable for hours.

Meksiko surprised me in a good way! Spacious room with super comfy beds, and it’s just a nice stroll along the river to get downtown. Breakfast had a decent spread, but I could see how space might get tight in the dining area during peak times.

My stay was delightful! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel’s location was convenient, a lovely 10-minute walk to the city center, perfect for exploring Ljubljana.

Comfortable stay with great staff

I stayed for 1 night in a comfortable double room and found the place clean and well-maintained. It was an easy 15-minute walk to the city center, which was convenient for exploring Ljubljana. Breakfast was buffet style with a decent selection, but could have had more variety. It would be better if the hotel offered more dining options nearby, as choices were somewhat limited.

We enjoyed our stay here. the air-conditioned room was spacious and offered a good setup for our family with a small baby. The location was convenient, allowing us a delightful 15-minute stroll to explore beautiful Ljubljana while passing by charming cafes.

The large, comfortable room featured effective air conditioning and good shower facilities, making for a pleasant stay. Despite the initial worries about noise from the nearby hospital, nights were remarkably quiet, leading to restful sleep. Staff members were exceptionally helpful, providing useful guidance and even lending an umbrella during rainy days. However, the surrounding area can be quite noisy during the day due to sirens and helicopters, which detracts from the overall experience.

The Comfort Double or Twin Room was a pleasant surprise with spacious accommodations and comfy beds. The air conditioning worked great, keeping the space refreshing, especially during summer. I appreciated the tidy and well-maintained environment. The shower had good water pressure, which made for a nice experience. Not far from the city center, it was an easy walk along the river, adding to the charm of the stay.

Not great for families

They had comfortable beds, two pillows each, felt nice for a change. Also, the breakfast had decent options like eggs and sausages!

It wasn’t cheap, especially for what we got, a bit ridiculous.

It was just a perfect match for a trip in Ljubljana with best value for money ratio. The staff arranged lunch packs for us since we missed breakfast, which was a pleasant surprise. Check out the supermarket right below for snacks or drinks!

The location, the staff attentiveness, the check-out experience was simply delightful.
